Wall Nuts Indoor Climbing Wall

Our 32’ indoor climbing wall provides challenge, fitness and fun for ages 7 and up. A great family or group night out. A great dating service! (Although no one has been married who met at The Wall Nuts Project – yet!) All gear is provided; a certified instructor is present at all times. No prior experience necessary. Take "The Vertical Challenge"

The Vertical Challenge is for local climbing enthusiasts to embrace during the Wall Nuts Project. Friday nights through April 27th from 5:00PM to 8:00PM (note that we will be closed December 22, 2006 and December 29, 2006). During the Wall Nuts Project, participants can keep track, in a personal climbing log, of the vertical feet they have climbed on each route and as a total. This is a continuing call to embrace personal challenge rather than a competition with other climbers.

On April 27 th we will have an awards ceremony for all of those who have participated. Set your sights on a vertical foot goal represented by different levels of achievement. Those who climb 500’-749’ will be honored with the Monkey Recognition; 750’-999’, Marmot; 1000’-1249’, Acadia Alpaca; 1250’-1499’, Billy Goat; 1500’-1749’, Big Horn Sheep; 1750’-2000’, Mountain Goat.

Enrollment is ongoing until April 20st. The Vertical Challenge is a choice – climbers who just want to climb are still welcome to come climb and not keep track of their vertical feet climbed.
